Breathwork and Spinal Energetics are trauma-informed practices designed to support nervous system balance, release stored stress, and activate your body’s natural capacity to heal.
In this guided online journey, you’ll gently shed old layers, move stuck emotional and energetic patterns, and create space for greater clarity, freedom, and ease. You’ll be supported every step of the way and gain practical tools you can return to anytime to support your ongoing regulation and growth, all from the comfort of your own home.
During this experience, you’ll:
Explore how breath and energy influence your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
Be guided through deep release, realignment, and inner awareness
Learn to listen to your body, trust your intuition, and access inner wisdom through the breath

Due to the nature of this work, group sessions may not be suitable if you have any of the following conditions. In these cases, we recommend booking a private session where the work can be tailored to your needs:
High blood pressure
Detached retina
Pregnancy (first trimester)
Recent surgery
History of seizures
Cardiovascular conditions or heart disease
Medications that alter brain chemistry
Complex PTSD
Psychosis / Schizophrenia

📝 A journal and pen to capture any insights or ideas that arise.
🛏️ A comfortable, quiet place where you can lie down without distractions. You may want to have a blanket nearby for extra comfort.
🎧 Headphones to enhance the sound experience and help you stay deeply immersed.

Absolutely. Breathwork and energy practices are deeply internal experiences, and the healing happens within you, not because of the physical location. Many people find that doing this work in the comfort of their own space allows them to go even deeper.

No experience is necessary. This session is designed for all levels, whether you're brand new or have practiced before. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

Find a quiet space, set up your journal, headphones, and blanket, and avoid heavy meals right before. Come with an open mind and heart.

Due to the nature of this work there are certain contraindications that prevent you from being able to take part in this session, they are as follows:
High blood pressure
Pregnancy
Severse diagnosed PTSD
Detached retina
Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, psychosis, schizophrenia)
Recent surgeries
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Cardiovascular problems
Heart disease
History of aneurisms
Severe asthma
Diabetes
Any other conditions, either medical, psychiatric or physical that would impact your ability to engage in breath techniques designed for physical and emotional release. -
This is a group session. Even though you're participating alongside others, the experience is deeply personal. Cameras are optional, and you’ll be guided to focus inward. Many people find it powerful to heal in community while still feeling safe and connected to their own journey.
